Recreation Programs

You can sign up for a City of Cornwall recreation program or drop-in program online. With your REC4ALL account, you can use our online services to view and search for program information as well as register and pay for courses in one transaction.

You can pay online using MasterCard or VISA. To pay in person, you can visit the Aquatic Centre or Benson Centre during regular business hours, where we accept cash, MasterCard, VISA, Debit, Recreation Gift Cards and cheques from registered organizations. Please note that we do not accept US cash and American Express. 

Managing your account

You can manage your entire family's recreation programs in one convenient account. Your REC4ALL account allows you to add family members and handle all their activities. 

 

With your account, you can:

  • Securely save your MasterCard or VISA information for future purchases

  • View your transaction history and reprint receipts

  • Check your current account credits or balances

  • Manage your personal information, including your name, address, phone and email

  • Create and link all family members to one account

  • View your family's program schedules to keep everyone organized

Creating a new account

Follow these three simple steps to create your new REC4ALL account and start signing up for recreation programs today.

To create a new account:

  • Visit the REC4ALL website

  • Click on the ‘Signup’' link

  • Click on 'Create an Account'

Complete all fields with current information. The primary owner must register first. Family members can be added once your account has been activated. Then you need to:

  • Agree to the 'Terms and Conditions'

  • Once all fields are complete, click the 'Submit' button

  • An email will be sent to the email address provided with your username and temporary password

After clicking the 'Submit' button, you'll be taken to your new online account, then:

  • Click on the 'Manage Login' button at the top of the screen and then enter a new password

  • Passwords must include the following: 8 characters long, 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number

  • Click on 'Add Family Member' to add additional members to your account

Only the primary client on the account can register others and manage their information. Your partner would need their own separate account.

No. You can search and view information on our website without an account. However, you need an account to register for a program, buy a membership or book a facility online.
