Guindon Park

Escape to Guindon Park, Cornwall's hidden natural gem. This sprawling 500-acre smoke-free park offers a peaceful retreat with access to the St. Lawrence River, kilometers of winding trails, and dedicated spaces for adventure. Year-round activities:

  • Hike or walk dozens of kilometres of scenic trails

  • Pack a picnic to enjoy in designated areas

  • Visit the playground

  • Host an event by applying for a Park Use Permit to book your gathering

  • Explore the Cornwall BMX Track (run by the Cornwall BMX Club)

  • Watch or join the Cornwall Rowing Club on the St. Lawrence River

  • Enjoy mountain biking and fat biking on dedicated trails

  • Pick up free mulch from the east parking lot

Summer (May 1 - Oct 31) activities:

  • Go horseback riding (trail pass required, available at the Benson Centre)

  • Cycle the bike paths

  • Launch your boat into the St. Lawrence River

Winter activities:

  • Snowshoe through peaceful forests

  • Go cross-country skiing on groomed trails

  • Try fat biking on winter paths

  • Enjoy a crisp winter walk

Washrooms

You can find public washrooms at the end of Floral Drive. They are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., weather permitting. For added convenience, a portable toilet (porta potty) is available in the east parking lot. We clean and maintain all facilities regularly. To report an issue, please call 613-932-5354.
