The City of Cornwall works to ensure that you can access our pools, programs and facilities regardless of your income. If you are facing financial barriers, we have options to help make recreation affordable for you and your family, including our aquatics, sports and arts and culture programs.
Fee Assistance In Recreation (FAIR)
You can access affordable recreation with our Fee Assistance In Recreation (FAIR) subsidy. We'll cover 75% of the cost, up to $300 annually, for you to participate in swimming lessons, City sports, and other recreation programs. You pay only 25%. This support also extends to pool memberships and public skating passes.

Be a resident of the City of Cornwall
-
Be eighteen years of age or older to apply
-
Have an annual combined family income at or below the Statistics Canada before the Low Income Cut-Off (LICO)
