Become an Early Child Educator
Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) play a vital role in helping young children learn and grow in a safe and caring environment. They help build a strong foundation for children's development, improving their communication, reading and math skills. Download our ECE Facts Sheet to see how you can make a difference in the lives of children and families in our community.
Becoming an ECE
You can become an ECE by completing a program at one of Ontario's colleges. You have flexible options to study in a classroom or online through a diploma, a degree or an apprenticeship program.
