Our staff

Most of our staff are permanently assigned to a specific unit. This helps them build strong relationships with residents and ensures consistent, continuous care.

Our facility

Glen Stor Dun Lodge is a 132-bed, non-profit, smoke-free home offering long-term care to our community. The custom four-story building includes:

• Ground floor: Community and social spaces

• Upper floors (2-4): Resident living areas featuring:

• 108 private rooms (including 2 for short-term stays)

• 12 semi-private rooms

• Dining rooms, activity rooms and personal care areas

Special Care Unit

This secure unit is home to 44 residents, with separate areas for men and women. It includes access to a dedicated garden with raised vegetable beds for our gardening program.

Outdoor spaces

Residents and families love spending time in our outdoor areas, which include a covered verandah and a gazebo, especially during the summer.
