The Lower Level of the Convention Centre is accessible via the main stairwell, two elevators, and two interior stairwells. It features three versatile event spaces.

Salons A, B and C

These modern salons are perfect for meetings, banquets, and receptions. The central Salon B is a showcase room with large west-facing windows overlooking a patio and Lamoureux Park. Combined, the three salons can accommodate up to 600 guests for a banquet.

Trade Concourse

This spacious brick-lined corridor with ceramic tile and subtle lighting creates a unique ambiance. It serves as an ideal spillover area for events in the salons.

The Convention Centre has one meeting room option on the upper level (second floor) of the Civic Complex. The McLeod Room offers a fantastic view in a special waterfront setting.

When your event calls for a special small reception, our recommendation is the McLeod Room which features two walls with big windows overlooking the St. Lawrence River. The perfect room for a board meeting for 20 people.
