Scent Sensitivity Program
The City of Cornwall's Scent Sensitivity Program asks visitors and regular users of City facilities to help keep all spaces healthy and comfortable.
You can help by being considerate of others. Scented products can harm people with allergies, environmental sensitivity, or chronic heart and lung disease. Even products labelled "scent free" may just mask the smell with added chemicals.

Scents are in many products, including:
- Air fresheners, deodorizers and pot pourri

Colognes and aftershaves

Cosmetics

Deodorants

Fragrances and perfumes

Hairsprays

Laundry detergents and fabric softeners

Lotions, creams and oils

Shampoos and conditioners

Soaps
Look for products labelled fragrance free instead.
Health problems and symptoms
Scents can cause health problems and symptoms may include:
