The Cornwall Business Enterprise Centre (CBEC) provides support and guidance to existing business owners and entrepreneurs across The City of Cornwall, The United Counties of Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry and Akwesasne.

The Centre is designed to help you start and/or grow a business. CBEC offers a variety of services that assist new and existing entrepreneurs find success through:

  • free consultations with a qualified business consultant
  • internet and computer access for business research and planning
  • review of business plans
  • consultations through a lawyer or accountant referral service
  • up-to-date information for entrepreneurs
  • workshops and seminars
  • guidance on licenses, permits, registration, regulations and other documents you need to start a business
  • import and export information
  • information on patents, copyright and trademarks
  • mentoring and networking opportunities
  • support programs for businesses and young entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs are invited to drop by the Cornwall Business Enterprise Centre located at the Civic Complex - 100 Water Street East, Cornwall or contact our team to book a virtual appointment: Shauna Baggs, Business Consultant at 613-930- 2787 ext. 2277.

Hours of operation:
Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Free parking available
