| Swim Descriptions |
- Adult/Senior Swim: Socialize with friends and feel great! Diving board & slide are not open.
- Fitness Swim: The pool is set up for lap swimming with slow, medium and fast lanes to meet the needs of all swimmers. Come get fit in the pool. Lanes are shared and lane swim etiquette must be followed.
- Preschool Swim: For children 6 and under, accompanied by an adult in the toddler pool only. Enjoy the warm pool with toddler slide, umbrella & spray features.
- Rehab Swim: For all ages with those who have special needs. Fully wheelchair accessible with water wheelchair and pool side chairs available.
- Leisure Swim: Everyone is welcome! Come out and have lots of fun at the pool. Large tank, toddler pool and slide available.

- Large pool only (1-50 patrons): $194.65/hour

Aqua Fitness Shallow
A great aerobic workout designed to enhance balance and strength as well as increase cardio-respiratory fitness. Geared towards the shallow water aquafit beginner, older adults, pre/post natal adults or adults struggling with rehabilitation, arthritis or muscle and joint ailments. Shallow water exercise program designed for the beginner to advanced working adult who needs that little extra stress relief. This program includes exercises designed to build up body awareness, balance, coordination, muscle strength and toning as well as increasing cardiovascular endurance and fitness.
Aqua Fitness Deep
A deep water exercise experience developed for the beginner to advanced individual that is comfortable in the deep water. With the use of aquabelts the client will be exposed to a motivating and fun workout designed to increase body awareness, muscle toning and endurance as well as cardio respiratory enhancement.

| New Equipment For Rent |

Starting from March 18th, the Aquatic Centre will offer new equipment for rent, including 2 Water Treadmills and 1 Water Bike. The cost of equipment usage is $8.76, including tax. Please note that patrons are required to wear shoes while using the equipment. Available rental times:

| Fee Assistance In Recreation (FAIR) Subsidy |
|
To provide financial support to Cornwall residents facing financial barriers who wish to participate in City organized recreation activities such as aquatics, sports, arts and culture programs that will improve the quality of life and foster a healthy community. The Corporation of the City of Cornwall will support access to its recreation and cultural programs and activities by offering Fee Assistance in Recreation (FAIR) subsidy to families and individuals who are eligible at a 75% discount.
