Streetlight Pole Replacement

We invite you to learn about the City of Cornwall's plans to replace and add street light poles. This helps keep our roads safe and well lit. We inspect street light poles every two years. This gives each pole a condition grade. The inspection helps find problems, decide which poles to replace first and spot areas that need better lighting.

Current pole replacements:

• Boundary Rd from Industrial Park Dr to CNR tracks

The existing street lighting poles on this section of Boundary Rd are old and need to be replaced. New poles will also be installed because the road corridor does not have enough street lighting.
