Tax Department Relocation

Effective July 13, 2026, the Tax Department has relocated to the main floor of the Cornwall Civic Complex (100 Water St. East).

In-person tax and water bill payments are no longer accepted at City Hall. Please visit our new office at the Civic Complex for all in-person services. Free parking is available on-site.

The secure drop box outside City Hall remains available, and online or pre-authorized banking methods remain unchanged. Please contact (613) 930-2787 ext. 2317 or send us an email at billing@cornwall.ca for more information.

The City of Cornwall offers Community Improvement Programs to help property owners invest in their buildings. These initiatives are designed to improve local properties and strengthen the surrounding community. Each program provides financial support for eligible renovation and redevelopment projects.
