Tax Department Relocation
Effective July 13, 2026, the Tax Department has relocated to the main floor of the Cornwall Civic Complex (100 Water St. East).
In-person tax and water bill payments are no longer accepted at City Hall. Please visit our new office at the Civic Complex for all in-person services. Free parking is available on-site.
The secure drop box outside City Hall remains available, and online or pre-authorized banking methods remain unchanged. Please contact (613) 930-2787 ext. 2317 or send us an email at billing@cornwall.ca for more information.

The City of Cornwall and the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry (SDG) are providing one-time funding in 2026 to local food banks and food programs to help support residents facing rising pressures related to food insecurity, housing instability, and affordability. This one-time funding is fully provincially funded through the Housing Prevention Program.
