  • Circle of Lights City of Cornwall staff members from Parks and Landscape, with the help of the Municipal Works, Cornwall Fire Service and Bergeron Electric, recently installed over 12,000 feet of lights this year. This includes the Circle of Light, located at the traffic circle on Brookdale Avenue.
