City of Cornwall Welcomes Chief Administrative Officer Tim Mills Back to Work

The City of Cornwall is pleased to confirm that Chief Administrative Officer Tim Mills has returned to his regular duties following a period of medical leave.

"On behalf of City Council, I am pleased to welcome CAO Tim Mills back to City Hall, and look forward to continuing working with him," said Mayor Justin Towndale. "I also want to take this opportunity to thank Deputy CAO Matt Stephenson for all his hard work and dedication while he was the Acting CAO."

Mills’ return provides continuity in the City’s senior leadership as the organization continues advancing on key priorities and delivering services to residents.

“I am very happy to be returning to work for a City that I care deeply about,” said Tim Mills, Chief Administrative Officer. “I have missed the people, the work and the opportunity to serve our community. I am looking forward to reconnecting with Council, senior leadership, and all staff who I have the privilege of working with every day.”

Mills also expressed his appreciation for the leadership provided by Deputy Chief Administrative Officer Matthew Stephenson during his absence.

“I want to take a moment to recognize and thank Matt for the work done on behalf of the organization while I was away. Providing leadership during a period of change is not an easy responsibility and I appreciate the commitment and professionalism that went into keeping the organization moving forward.”
