Tax Department Relocation

Effective July 13, 2026, the Tax Department has relocated to the main floor of the Cornwall Civic Complex (100 Water St. East).

In-person tax and water bill payments are no longer accepted at City Hall. Please visit our new office at the Civic Complex for all in-person services. Free parking is available on-site.

The secure drop box outside City Hall remains available, and online or pre-authorized banking methods remain unchanged. Please contact (613) 930-2787 ext. 2317 or send us an email at billing@cornwall.ca for more information.

Sunday service will operate from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Yes, Business Park service will be available on both Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that the service times will be the same for Saturday and Sunday, so riders should check the scheduled times.

Yes, Specialized service will be available on Sunday. Riders should book their trips in advance according to the regular specialized transit booking process.

Yes, Sunday service will operate hourly.

Yes, the service will follow the same routes as our regular weekday schedule, operating on an hourly frequency. There will be one service enhancement: the Brookdale route will provide hourly service into Riverdale, improving access and connectivity for passengers in that area.

Yes, the fare will remain at $3.25 per ride on Sunday.

Yes, the Monthly pass will function seven (7) days a week.

Yes, Sunday service is intended to be a permanent service.

Sunday specialized service can be booked through the regular specialized transit booking process. Riders should book their trip in advance and follow the same steps they use for weekday specialized transit bookings.
