Pay a Parking Ticket
You will receive a fine for not following parking rules in the City of Cornwall. Learn how to pay a parking ticket and view our list of parking offences and fines. If you have questions about an unpaid ticket or need more information, please call 613-930-2787 ext. 2225. A surcharge applies to all credit card payments, made online or in person.
You can pay a parking ticket in person at the Building and By-Law Enforcement Department office on the second floor of the Cornwall Civic Complex at 100 Water St E during regular business hours. There are also yellow boxes where you can deposit your parking ticket payment at:

Outstanding fines
If you have unpaid parking fines, the City can request that the Ministry of Transportation deny the renewal of your vehicle license plate. At that time, an additional $25.00 fee will be added to each unpaid ticket.
