Development Charges
Development Charges are fees on residential and non-residential development applications that help the City of Cornwall pay for new infrastructure and services. They are not the only costs involved as building permits and other fees may also apply to your project. Cornwall has one of the lowest development charge rates in Ontario. Manufacturing projects pay no development charges at all.
