Tax Department Relocation
Effective July 13, 2026, the Tax Department has relocated to the main floor of the Cornwall Civic Complex (100 Water St. East).
In-person tax and water bill payments are no longer accepted at City Hall. Please visit our new office at the Civic Complex for all in-person services. Free parking is available on-site.
The secure drop box outside City Hall remains available, and online or pre-authorized banking methods remain unchanged. Please contact (613) 930-2787 ext. 2317 or send us an email at billing@cornwall.ca for more information.
Due to unforeseen maintenance issues, Terry Fox closed will remain closed for the remainder of the summer season. We apologize for any inconvenience.
