NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING COMMITTEE OF ADJUSTMENT CITY OF CORNWALL APPLICATION FOR CONSENT – FILE # B-11-26

Take notice that an application under the above file number will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on Wednesday, November 18th, 2026, at 05:00 p.m. at Council Chambers at City Hall, 360 Pitt Street, Cornwall, Ontario K6J 4P6.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider an application for a consent for severance under the Planning Act for the lands legally described as Concession 3 Part lot 11, RP52R6330; Part 1&2, municipally known as 101 Wellington Street W, Cornwall ON K6J 5G7.

A consent application (B-11-26) has been submitted for a severance for an existing lot occupied by an existing single detached dwelling and accessory garage. The Owner is proposing to create two (2) lots including one (1) severed lot for the existing dwelling and one (1) retained lot for a future dwelling. The retained and severed lot sizes meet the minimum zoning requirements for lot creation for single detached dwellings within the Residential 10 – 1 Zone (RES 10-1).
