NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING COMMITTEE OF ADJUSTMENT CITY OF CORNWALL APPLICATION FOR CONSENT – FILE # B-10-26

Take notice that an application under the above file number will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 05:00 p.m. at Council Chambers at City Hall, 360 Pitt Street, Cornwall, Ontario K6J 4P6.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider an application for a consent for severance from the provisions of the City of Cornwall Zoning By-law 2022-001 as amended, for the lands legally described as Lot 3, Plan52M69, municipally known as 139-141 Woodland Drive.

The requested consent application (B-10-26) has been submitted for a severance from an existing lot with a semi-detached dwelling. The severance will create 2 lots for each semi-detached dwelling. Retained and severed lot sizes meet minimum zoning requirements for lot creation for semi-detached dwellings within the RES20-5.
