NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING COMMITTEE OF ADJUSTMENT CITY OF CORNWALL APPLICATION FOR CONSENT – FILE # B-08-26

Take notice that an application under the above file number will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on Wednesday, July 22nd, 2026, at 05:00 p.m. at Council Chambers at City Hall, 360 Pitt Street, Cornwall, Ontario K6J 4P6. 

The purpose of the meeting is to consider a consent application for the creation of one new lot for the lands legally described as Lot 5, Plan 52M69, municipally known as 151 and 153 Woodland Drive. 

The consent will facilitate the development of a semi-detached dwelling with one semi-detached dwelling unit on each proposed parcel. The severed lands are proposed to be approximately 390.7 m2 with 9 m of frontage on Woodland Drive. The retained lands are proposed to be approximately 413.5 m2 with 9 m of frontage on Woodland Drive. The effect of the proposed consent will be one semi-detached unit on each resulting lot with a common shared wall separating the units along the proposed lot line.
