City of Cornwall Appoints Sarah Huskinson as Interim General Manager of Financial Services/Treasurer
The City of Cornwall is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Huskinson as Interim General Manager of Financial Services/Treasurer. Ms. Huskinson has been hired on a six-month contract and will support the organization’s financial leadership, operational continuity, and service delivery during this interim period.
Ms. Huskinson brings 18 years of municipal sector experience to the role, including previous service as Chief Administrative Officer of the Township of North Glengarry. She has held senior finance and leadership positions across Ontario municipalities and has extensive experience in budgeting, financial reporting, policy development, strategic planning, municipal governance, and service delivery.
A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Ms. Huskinson is also an instructor with the Association of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario, where she supports municipal professionals through financial management training and education.

Ms. Huskinson will work closely with the Financial Services team, senior leadership, and departments across the organization throughout her six-month contract.
