City of Cornwall Announces Upcoming Website Refresh and Invites Public Feedback
The City of Cornwall is excited to announce a refresh of its official website, scheduled for launch in June 2026. This initiative aims to provide residents and visitors with a modern, welcoming online platform that is easier to navigate and more user-friendly.
With the upcoming redesign, the website will feature a new look and improved functionality, ensuring that information is accessible and services are straightforward to use. The city’s commitment to enhancing the digital experience is at the heart of this project, focusing on streamlined navigation and clear organization.
In preparation for the website launch, the City of Cornwall is seeking input from the community to help shape the future structure of the site. All residents are encouraged to share their feedback on what features and content matter most to them. Feedback can be submitted in both English and French and will be accepted until March 1, 2026.
“We want our website to reflect the needs and preferences of the people we serve,” said Katherine Wells, Director of Communications, Government Relations and Strategic Planning. “This is an important opportunity for residents to help us build an online space that is easy to use and inviting for everyone.”
