NEW: Parks and trails are smoke-free

Guindon Park is Cornwall's hidden gem - a sprawling 500-acre park with access to Cornwall's off-road bike trails and the St. Lawrence River, and dozens of kilometres of walking trails, this natural green space is not to be missed! Access the park via Highway 2. Washrooms are open during the day.

Things to Do in Guindon Park

  1. In the summer, walk along hiking trails.
  2. In the winter, cross-country ski, snowshoe or walk through the forest. Click here for the Cross Country Ski Trail Map.
  3. Pack a lunch to enjoy the picnic areas.
  4. Stop by the playground to run, slide, and play.
  5. Cycle along the bike path.
  6. Launch your boat into the St. Lawrence River.

  8. Go horseback riding: Summer trails are also accessible for equestrian riding from May 1 to October 31, weather permitting. Area horseback riders are required to purchase seasonal or daily trail passes at the Benson Centre during regular business hours.
  9. Pick up free mulch from the parking lot in the east corner of the park.
  10. Cornwall BMX Track: The new facility off Floral Drive in Guindon Park is run by the Cornwall BMX Club. Click here for more information about the Cornwall BMX Club.
