On the first Wednesday of each month, the City’s contractor (HGC) will collect large items that have been prepaid. Collection takes place between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
ITEMS MUST BE PLACED TO THE CURB BEFORE 7:00AM ON THE COLLECTION DAY
Only items that have been paid for online ahead of time will be accepted. Items should be placed at the curb – items on front porches, in driveways, inside buildings, or in rear yards will not be collected.

Before you pay
Can your item be reused, repurposed, or upcycled? This collection is only for items that belong in the landfill. If your item is in good condition, consider donating it to a non-profit thrift store, or offering it to buy-nothing groups. You may also dispose of these items by bringing them directly to the landfill.
We request that you search for ways to reuse, repurpose or donate used items before booking.
There are no cancellations or refunds available for this service.

You will receive an automated email confirming your purchase. If you would like to make changes to your bulky item pickup, please call the waste management division at 613-937-1777.
