The Affordable Housing Program consists of apartment units that are set at below market rent levels. These units are not rent-geared-to-income; this means that the rent will not change due to any changes that may occur in your financial circumstances.  To be eligible to qualify for the Affordable Housing Program you must earn less than the household income limits established by the Province.  Verification of your income is also required.
