Registration is now OPEN for the 2026 season.

Thank you for your interest in the Adopt-a-Street Program!

The Adopt-A-Street program is open to all individuals, teams, schools, workplaces, community organizations, families, friends and neighbours who want to show their civic pride.  By joining other volunteers who want our streets, sidewalks, parks, and waterfront spaces to be litter-free, together, the Adopt-A-Street volunteers create positive spaces for everyone to enjoy. Plus, volunteering is a healthy and rewarding activity!

The program is flexible - you can decide where and how often to pick up litter!

Registration for volunteers is now open!

Volunteers can participate for as long as they want, but typically, clean up efforts take place during the spring, summer, and fall months.
