The Planning Advisory & Hearing Committee (PAC) is a committee set up under the provisions of the Planning Act to review development applications such as Official Plan Amendment, Rezoning, Subdivision, Condominium, and long range Planning initiatives. The PAC consists of all of City Council plus two lay members, and makes recommendations to Council.
PAC meets in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 360 Pitt Street, at 7 p.m. every third Monday of each month.
Members of the public are welcome to attend these meetings. You can watch live PAC meetings through the webcast available on the City Council calendar below.
