Our Recreation department is seeking a temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Recreation for the Cornwall Aquatic Centre and the Benson Centre. The main responsibility of the role is to greet and assist all visitors in a polite and professional manner, which also includes answering all incoming calls. This will include selling tickets, merchandise, memberships, facility bookings and registration for all Recreation Programs offered.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field
• Basic knowledge and experience with computer applications
• Previous experience with cash sales and cash balancing
• Current Standard First-Aid Certificate & current AED Certificate
• Bilingualism (French & English) is required
  
  

The Corporation of the City of Cornwall offers a sector competitive salary of $24.01 per hour.

Shifts can vary between days, evenings and weekends.
