Coordinator of Resident & Family Services

They City is seeking an experienced individual to be our Coordinator of Resident & Family Services.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning development, organization and implementation of Resident and Family Services. This would include Resident admission and discharge planning; Resident Care conferences; Resident and Family Councils; Social Services and Auxiliary and community liaising. In this role the individual would be providing tours and literature regarding resident life and the Home to interested parties.

Interested candidates must have a Diploma/degree in health or social services studies from a recognized community college or University. They must also have 3 to five years’ experience in a long-term care setting. This individual must be an active member of the College of Social Workers and Social Services Ontario. The interested candidate must be fluently bilingual (French). The candidate must provide a clear Vulnerable Sector check.

The Corporation of the City of Cornwall offers a competitive starting wage of $25.46 per hour.
