In accordance with the Planning Act, the meeting will serve as an opportunity for the public to make representations in respect of the proposed amendment and to obtain further information about the following application:
ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT (Z-06-25)
A Zoning By-law Amendment will be considered at this meeting to rezone the subject lands. The subject lands are currently zoned Mixed-Use Commercial (MUC). The proposal seeks to rezone the subject lands to a site-specific zone exception within the Mixed-Use Commercial (MUC) Zone to permit ‘warehouse’ and ‘commercial storage’ uses. This is to accommodate a contractor office with a warehouse and commercial storage facilities on the subject lands.
See attached Notice of Public Meeting for further details.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
ANY PERSON may attend the public meeting and/or make written or verbal representation either in support of or in opposition to the proposed Official Plan Amendment and/or the proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment.
