Mayor's Picnic

Mayor's Picnic

Monday, May 22nd   11 am - 4 pm   Lamoureux Park

An age-old Cornwall tradition is being brought back to life with the return of the Mayor's Picnic on Victoria Day, Monday, May 22nd, in Lamoureux Park.

Part of this year's Canada 150 celebrations, the Mayor's Picnic will feature a variety of free activities and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.

"Mayor Horovitz's annual Children's Picnic was a major event in Cornwall in the 1940s and 1950s and I'm excited that the Canada 150 Committee is bringing the Mayor's Picnic back. We will be creating new memories while paying tribute to our past," said Mayor Leslie O'Shaughnessy.
