Cornwall celebrates Canada 150

2017 will mark our nation's 150th anniversary of Confederation and Cornwall will be hosting a variety of special events throughout the year to celebrate! Some are ongoing and others are date-specific. Scroll down to see our calendar which will continue to grow until December!

Meet the Canada 150 Committee

Canada 150 Committee

The City of Cornwall has established a Canada 150 Committee to help plan and support special events throughout the year to help mark Cornwall's Canada 150 celebrations.

Community Photo Album

Canada 150 is a celebration of community and we want you to be part of the celebration by contributing to our Community Photo Album!

Each month, we will be collecting photos on a specific theme and displaying them in a presentation on a giant screen in Lamoureux Park! As extra incentive, each month, one random participant will win a piece of City of Cornwall apparel!

Be a part of the celebration and send us your photos!

Photos should be sent to and please include your name and a contact number.
