Community Bus Service

Operates between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Saturday and is primarily designed for the frail, elderly and persons who are physically challenged, but anyone can use it. It operates on a fixed route and schedule utilizing a small, low floor, totally accessible bus. The route touches on senior complexes, medical centres, shopping malls, hospitals, library, senior recreation centers, etc. It was designed and implemented to help reduce demand for the operationally expensive Handi-Transit service.

Presently the Community service operates 2 routes; # 61 and # 62 and accommodates passengers using walkers, wheelchairs and scooters. No reservations are required.
