Summer Playground Program 

2011 Summer Playground Program Begins Monday July 4th at 1:00 p.m.

The Summer Playground Program is a free and accessible drop-in program in 16 neighbourhood parks throughout the City of Cornwall. Trained leaders provide fun and exciting play opportunities for children between the ages of 5 and 12. Active and quiet games, sports, songs, and crafts are offered daily. There are also a number of special off-the-park events planned throughout the summer, such as the annual Supershow, Sports Tournament, Teddy Bear Picnic, Movie Day, and others.

The program operates for 7 weeks during the months of July and August on Mondays from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. and Tuesdays to Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. In the event of rain, the program moves indoors to our clubhouse sites.   Registration for the program is taken on site at your nearest participating playground.  Playground parks include:
