Winter Parking Restrictions
(By-law 069-1989, Section 13)
Section 13 of the Traffic and Parking By-law allows for extended parking hours for establishments in the business sectors of the City of Cornwall. The by-law reads:
"No person shall park a vehicle or permit a vehicle to remain parked on any highway (street) or municipal parking lot between the hours of 1:00 a.m. of one day and 7:00 a.m. of the same day between November 15th of one year and March 31st of the following year, with the following exceptions:
