Business Licenses
Certain businesses must hold a valid Municipal Business License to operate in the City. A list of businesses requiring a license, along with information about fees and deadlines, is contained in the document below.
If you are operating or plan on operating a business in the categories listed on the following page, you must obtain a license before carrying on business. Licenses can be obtained at the Building and By-Law Enforcement Office. Most Business Licenses must be annually renewed before February 1st. If you are already licensed, you will receive a renewal reminder by mail.
