Planning Advisory Hearing Committee (PAC)

The Planning Advisory Hearing Committee (PAC) is a Council Committee is set up under the provisions of the Planning Act to review development applications such as:

• Rezoning
• Official Plan
• Subdivision
• Condominium
• Community Redevelopment

The Committee consists of all of City Council and in hearing the above matters make recommendations to the Council.

Meetings are normally held on the third Monday of the month, but may be subject to change.
