June 12, 2013

Vive Cornwall

The Centre culturel de Cornwall and its partners invite you to the 4th annual Vive Cornwall Festival to be held in Lamoureux Park on Friday, June 14 and Saturday, June 15.

Two days of fun in the sun await you. Festival organizers have planned a complete schedule of events for the enjoyment of the whole family – children, teens, parents and grandparents. Everyone will have fun and will agree that living in Cornwall is great!

You will have the opportunity to see our local budding artists, who will amaze you with their talent. Come out and give them a hand! The evening will end with a show featuring a local band, Les Affreux Lurons.

On Saturday morning, don’t forget to bring your children to take part in our amazing scavenger hunt.

There are also two general free swims planned for the afternoon, from noon to 1:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Vive Cornwall has an incredible finale planned. The renowned choir, Les Chansonniers d’Ottawa, will entertain you with their amazing repertoire. The show will take place at General Vanier School at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2013. Tickets can be purchased for the very reasonable price of $15.00!

For more information, please contact the Centre culturel at 613-932-9106.
