It is the objective of Purchasing Services to purchase the necessary supplies, equipment and services at the lowest possible cost with the quality needed to meet the requirements of the departments and to ensure that the ratepayers receive the maximum value for each dollar expended. Our Mission Statement is obtaining the right goods and services when needed at the right price through a fair and competitive process.

Purchasing Services works in partnership with staff across the Corporation to achieve value for money over the total life cycle of the goods and services and to minimize the costs of administering the procurement process. 

Visits from sales representatives to Purchasing Services are welcomed and encouraged. It is recommended that you contact us to schedule an appointment. Our office hours are 8:30 - 12:00 and 1:00 - 4:30, Monday to Friday.
