City_HallA large watermain break has occurred at a 24-inch watermain at Augustus and Water Streets. City staff are assessing and isolating the break, which may cause significant water outages along Water Street.
The Civic Complex is closed Friday, May 25 due to the break, while the Cornwall Square remains open.

The City of Cornwall would like to advise motorists that Boundary Road will be closed from Marleau Avenue to Industrial Park Drive from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesday April 11, 2018.
The closure is to allow CN Rail to repair the rail crossing, specifically, a repair of the planks between the rails which is causing a very rough drive over the tracks
This is a temporary closure and Boundary Road is expected to be fully opened by 5:00 pm.

Winter parking restrictionsGiven the favourable weather, the City of Cornwall would like to advise motorists that overnight winter parking restrictions have been lifted for the month of March.
The City’s winter parking regulations allow for overnight winter parking to be lifted early based on the status of existing snow accumulation and the weather forecast. Winter parking regulations typically run from November 15th to March 31st.

Safe driver awardsCornwall Transit employees were honored during a breakfast ceremony on Wednesday, December 13th at the Cornwall Transit facility on Second Street West.
