Pothole machineThe City of Cornwall recently acquired a state-of-the-art pothole maintenance machine to deal with small and medium sized potholes more efficiently.
“We did our research, we even talked to municipal works in Ottawa and found this to be the most effective method of dealing with potholes,” said Tommy Sauve, Safety, Training and Operations Supervisor for the City of Cornwall.

Parking machineA new on-street pay and display parking machine is now in operation on Second Street West in front of the courthouse.
It replaces 12 parking meters on the north side of the street & it accepts both coins and credit cards.
The pay & display machine produces a ticket which must be placed face up inside the vehicle on the driver's side dashboard in order to be valid.
Residents parking at metered spots are required to pay during the hours of 9 am to 6 pm, Monday...
